About the event
Springfield Fire Dept Explorer Post 300 is a Learning for Life program for 14-20 year old young adults with interest in the Fire Service. The post takes a hands on approach in developing a passion. We help build confidence and competence with the everyday skills need to be a successful firefighter. We emphasize the importance of core values such as Determination, Respect, Integrity, Loyalty and Leadership.
Monies from the event will go toward the purchase of much needed equipment such as:
Helmets
Safety equipment
Gloves
Nomex Hoods
