Here are a few FAQ's about our club. If you need more information, feel free to contact us and we'll do what we can to help.
Do I have to be a firefighter to be a member?
NO! Anyone aged 21 years old or over can become a member of the club.
Are events open to the public?
All of our Legacy Events are open to the public. This includes our Lenten fish fry's, Annual Chicken Fry and the Labor Day Party. We have many events through the year that are also open to everyone. Feel free to check out our Facebook page or the event section of the website.
Can anyone rent the hall or bar?
Yes. Hall rental is an exclusive rental. Bar rental is new and guidelines are being drafted. Bar rental will be limited to 49 people and 4hr increments. Members will still have access during bar rentals. Contact Kim @ 217-691-6472 for info.
Do you rent boat slips?
Yes. Boat slips are available on a first come, first serve basis to members only. Members are placed on a waiting list as requested. We have 26 slips total and pricing is based on which set of slips are available (old/new) and are $675 or $750 annually. Lifts are allowed but are at the renters expense.
There is no decorating of the slip areas to keep them clean and uniform. Seasonal boat and/or trailerparking on site also available for $50. We also have two jet ski docks available to rent for $250 annually.
Can I access the boat slips, docks or ramp?
In order to access to the boat slips, docks or the boat ramp you must be a member or accompanied by a member. Fishing is not allowed without membership or being accompanied by a member.
